What we do with your data
This site sets no cookies and never identifies you. We count visits anonymously. If you write to us, we use what you send to answer you and, if we work together, to build your website. Nothing else.

Who we are
Bizport Design Studio is a service of Bizport EOOD (Бизпорт ЕООД), ЕИК/UIC 208536183, Sofia, Bulgaria. Bizport EOOD is responsible for the personal data described on this page (the "controller", in the words of the GDPR).

Contacting us
When you write to us by email or on WhatsApp, we receive your name, your email address or phone number, and whatever you write. We use it to answer you and to prepare a quote.
Email sent to help@bizportstudio.com is forwarded by Cloudflare to our Google mailbox. WhatsApp messages are carried by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. Your messages are read only by the two of us, Momchil and Elena.
Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering messages (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Working with us
To agree a quote, build your site and invoice you, we use your name and contact details, your business's name, address and VAT number, and the texts, photos and logins you send us for the site.
Websites are paid by bank transfer, so your bank and ours see the payment. Card payments for care plans are handled by Stripe, and we never see your full card number.
If we host your website on a care plan, the data of your site's visitors is covered by your site's own privacy policy, which we set up with you. We handle that data only on your instructions.
Legal basis: our contract with you, and our duty under Bulgarian accounting and tax law to keep invoices (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (c)).

We use a few providers to run the studio. Each of them handles your data only for the job listed here.

Some of these providers store data in the United States. Those transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We give data to public authorities, such as the Bulgarian National Revenue Agency, only when the law requires it. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a project
- Up to 12 months after the last message, then deleted
- Project files and messages
- While we work together, and up to 5 years after the work ends, in case questions come up about it
- Invoices and accounting records
- As long as Bulgarian accounting and tax law requires, currently up to 10 years
- Visit statistics
- Totals only; the code used to count a visit is discarded after 24 hours
- Server logs at Vercel
- A short time, under Vercel's own rules
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, limit how we use it, object to our using it, or receive it in a file you can take elsewhere. Write to help@bizportstudio.com and we will reply within one month. Some records, such as invoices, we have to keep for as long as the law requires.
You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or to the data protection authority in your own country.
You do not have to give us anything to read this site. To send you a quote we need a way to reply, and to work together we need the details for the contract and the invoice. We make no automated decisions about you and build no profiles.
Changes
If the way we handle data changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
